Access on Alfred breaks ground!
Official sod turn celebrating construction commencement of Access on Alfred Stage 1 (Chipping Norton, NSW)

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), recently celebrated the official sod turn for the Access on Alfred Industrial Estate (Chipping Norton, NSW).
We are pleased to have been joined by many of our valued partners and stakeholders, including delivery partner Qanstruct, project manager Ausmaid Pty Ltd, appointed leasing agents LJ Hooker Commercial and financing partner Westpac Institutional Bank.
Following the Development Approval in November 2023, this milestone marks construction commencement of Stage 1 of the project.
Due for completion in Q1 2025, Access on Alfred Stage 1 will deliver over 21,000sqm of prime industrial product to the core Inner South West market, with flexible tenancy sizes starting from 3,500sqm.
