Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is excited to confirm the appointment of CBRE Asia Pacific as co-leasing agent with LJ Hooker Commercial on Access on Alfred in Chipping Norton.
The delivery of Stage 1 will provide 21,000sqm of premium industrial warehousing, deliver long-term employment opportunities as well as economic development to the Chipping Norton community and broader South-West Sydney industrial market.
Scheduled for completion in Q1 2025, significant progress has been made on site with steel erection and roofing nearing completion; and pouring of internal concrete slabs underway.
