Aliro has officially broken ground on Lot 2 at Elevation Estate, Citiswich, a 14,800 sqm industrial development set for completion in Q4 2025, offering flexible tenancy options in a key growth corridor.
Aliro Group recently celebrated the official sod turn for Lot 2 within Elevation Estate in Citiswich, QLD.
We were pleased to mark this milestone alongside key partners and stakeholders, including our delivery partner Hutchinson Builders and appointed leasing agents CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
Scheduled for practical completion in Q4 2025, this 14,800sqm industrial development is set to activate the broader 21-hectare Elevation Estate. The warehouse has the potential to be split into two tenancies of approximately 7,400sqm, providing flexibility for a range of users.
We are currently seeing interest from both prospective tenants and owner occupiers seeking a high-quality, functional facility in this highly sought-after location.
