Vehicle type
An MIT compliant, flow through investment trust. [1]
Open-ended vehicle with an initial liquidity review in year seven and five yearly intervals thereafter.
[1] It is the intention that the Trust will qualify as a Managed Investment Trust (MIT) and withholding MIT for tax purposes once new investors are admitted, subject to the investors satisfying the “Qualified Investor” requirements for the Vehicle to achieve the MIT status.
