AGIF co-invests in opportunities originated and actively managed by Aliro and Novus, alongside leading global institutions. The Fund is currently invested in high quality real estate across the Eastern Seaboard, with exposure to Industrial (62%) and Living (38%) sectors, supporting attractive risk adjusted returns.
