Novus’ first build to rent fund, established in 2021 and now closed for investment, is focused on acquiring, designing, developing and operating a quality portfolio of build to rent assets across Australia’s eastern seaboard, aimed at delivering a secure and growing income stream to investors.
Investment Strategy
Gateway locations on the eastern seaboard of Australia, adjacent to transport, employment, lifestyle, and educational amenities.
Each project has a target of 150-300 units and applies a locally optimised approach to design and scale.
The offerings respond to the existing Australian rental market and leverage the build to rent model to provide residents with an elevated rental experience and secure tenure.
The diverse product mix and extensive amenity offerings will attract and retain high quality tenants.
