Congratulations to Arv Dez, the 2024 recipient of the Aliro Group Prize for Property at Western Sydney University!
This prize is awarded to an outstanding third-year Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) student who demonstrates significant leadership.
Arvand has an incredible story. Originally from Iran, he moved to Germany on his own during high school and later discovered a passion for finance and real estate. Now studying in Australia, he works within the 48-hour fortnightly limit for international students to fund his education while striving to maintain academic excellence. His determination is truly inspiring.
