Works are progressing well to transform the existing c. 53,000 sqm facility into two premium modern tenancies, each with new mezzanine office accommodation.

Warehouse 1A will remain the home of General Motors Australia New Zealand, while Warehouse 1B (26,335 sqm) will be available from December 2025, with flexibility to accommodate early access.
