Access on Alfred Construction Update

We are excited to share a construction update on the Access on Alfred project in Chipping Norton (NSW) on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV).
Stage 1 is making significant progress under Head Contractor, Qanstruct, and Ausmaid Pty Ltd as Project Manager, with steel erection and precast concrete panels well underway and internal concrete slabs expected to commence in the coming month.
Upon expected Practical Completion in January 2025, Stage 1 will provide up to 5 tenancies with the flexibility to range from 3,500sqm to 21,300sqm including critical features such as enhanced power capacity, exclusive hardstand area and recessed docks.
Aliro looks forward to delivering a premium infill industrial estate that will deliver long-term employment opportunities and economic development to the Chipping Norton Community and broader South-West Industrial Market.
