Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle, is pleased to announce that the Property Council of Australia has shortlisted the Chobani Australia facility at 8-22 Quality Drive, Dandenong South for the Best Business or Industrial Park at the upcoming 2024 Innovation & Excellence People’s Choice Award.
Aliro partnered with Qanstruct to convert a vacant former vehicle parts warehouse and automotive training centre into Chobani’s state-of-the-art national head office, with a fully refurbished 10,986sqm storage warehouse and the addition of a newly constructed 9,500sqm temperature-controlled facility, increasing site coverage from 32% to 50%.
