As ISPT’s development partner, Aliro Group is pleased to have recently received approval of our Development Application for Warehouse Three at the Barracks at Metroplex Estate, in Wacol (QLD).
The final development of the 17ha estate will deliver a market-leading Cold Storage facility spanning 14,413 square metres.
Equipped with the capability to accommodate a wide range of temperature-controlled storage solutions ranging from ambient all the way through to -25 degrees Celsius, Warehouse Three is poised to address a critical gap in Brisbane’s market.
Further, the facility has been designed to target a 5 Star Green Star Buildings Version 1 rating.
