Aliro Group as the trusted development partner of ISPT, is thrilled to provide an update on the construction of Warehouse One at the Barracks at Metroplex Estate, in Wacol (QLD).
The 27,002 sqm warehouse is making significant progress under Head Contractor Hutchinson Builders and Project Manager Development Directive, with civil works now complete and structural steel underway.
The facility is due for Practical Completion in Q4 2024, and will have the capacity to store over 34,800 pallets. Key features include 8 recessed docks, 9 on grade docks and ample hardstand including a 30m super canopy for all weather loading.
The facility is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings Version 1 rating and will deliver much needed premium warehouse product to Brisbane’s western corridor.
