Aliro Group as the trusted development partner of ISPT, is thrilled to announce the practical completion of Lot 2400 at the Barracks at Metroplex Estate in Wacol (QLD).
This 31,400sqm Prime Industrial facility boasts five tenancies spread across two state-of-the-art buildings. The facility is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating, making it a testament to sustainable and innovative development that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
We are pleased to welcome our first tenants to the Estate, Alloys, QCC Hospitality Supplies, and Tasman Logistics Services. We look forward to continuing a successful partnership with them and all future tenants within the wider Estate.
