Daiwa Foods expands at Mount Waverley with new 10,764sqm facility

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to announce that Daiwa Foods, a valued existing tenant within Aliro’s Mount Waverley estate, will be expanding their operations into a newly optimised 10,764sqm facility at 151 Forster Road, Mount Waverley (VIC).

Positioned in a premium location with direct access to major arterials and key logistics networks, 151 Forster Road offers strategic connectivity for growing businesses in Melbourne’s inner east.

Aliro Group has partnered with FDC Construction & Fitout to deliver a purpose-built facility comprising 4,879sqm of premium ambient floor space and 5,885sqm of premium cold store floor space. The development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings v1.1 rating. Demolition is currently underway, with practical completion anticipated in Q4 2026.
