Aliro Group is thrilled to share an update on the development of Ellison Estate in Geebung (QLD), on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Value Fund (AGIVF).
Construction of the 34,800sqm 18-tenancy estate is well underway with our Head Contractor FDC and Project Manager Project Strategy.
We are pleased to announce that c. 20% of the estate is under-offer, showcasing the strong demand for prime logistics space in Brisbane’s North.
On completion, Ellison Estate will deliver much needed premium warehousing and logistics product, as well as long-term employment and economic opportunities to the Geebung community and broader Northern Corridor.
