Aliro will deliver a purpose-built facility for GM ANZ at 48 Assembly Drive by Q3 2025, with Warehouse 1B now available for lease alongside 28,000 sqm of surplus land.
Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to announce that General Motors Australia New Zealand (GM ANZ) will consolidate their operations into a newly optimised 26,900sqm facility (Warehouse 1A) at 48 Assembly Drive, Dandenong South (VIC) from Q3 2025. This repositioning, set for completion in Q3 2025, will deliver a modern workspace featuring an 840sqm mezzanine office, 100sqm dock office, recessed docks, and premium end-of-trip facilities—designed to support GM ANZ’s continued success.
Located in one of Melbourne’s premier industrial precincts, the site offers strategic access to Eastlink, Monash Freeway, Dandenong Bypass, and Princes Highway—ensuring excellent connectivity to the CBD and Port.
Warehouse 1B is also now available for lease, offering 25,940sqm of warehouse space, a 670sqm mezzanine office, and 100sqm dock office. An additional 28,000sqm of surplus land allows for hardstand, parking, or future expansion.
For more information on the project, please contact Jason Blake, Tom Boxtel or Jack Mikkelsen. For leasing enquiries on Warehouse 1B, please contact appointed agents at CBRE Asia Pacific’s David Aiello and Sasan Misaghian.
