IA Group relocates NSW operations to Access on Alfred

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to announce that Independence Australia Group (IA Group) has commenced the relocation of its New South Wales operations to Warehouse 1E at Access on Alfred, Chipping Norton.

This strategic move provides IA Group with a modern workspace comprising over 5,300sqm of premium industrial floorspace, 2,000sqm of exclusive hardstand area, and a corporate-style mezzanine and dock office, with each feature designed to support IA Group’s continued growth across New South Wales. IA Group’s arrival follows Living Edge’s earlier move into Warehouse 1C, reinforcing Access on Alfred’s reputation as a hub for high-quality business.

Strategically located in Sydney’s South West corridor, the estate offers direct access to the M5 and Hume Highway, ensuring seamless connectivity to key transport infrastructure including Moorebank Intermodal, Sydney Airport, Port Botany, and the future Western Sydney Airport.

Tenancies remain available for lease, with flexible tenancy sizes ranging from 3,500-7,800sqm of premium industrial floorspace, each featuring recessed docks and enhanced power capabilities.
