Aliro Group as the trusted development partner of ISPT is pleased to have celebrated the official sod turn marking the construction commencement of the new MOCO Food Services facility within the Barracks at Metroplex Estate in Wacol (QLD).
MOCO Food Services, a Queensland-based business, has pre-leased 17,800sqm on a long-term basis for their new headquarters. The facility is the first warehouse to commence construction in Stage 2 of the Barracks at Metroplex development.
The new headquarters will be delivered by Q3 2024 by appointed contractor McNab alongside TradeCoast Central, Bootooloo Property and Project Strategy.
