Aliro has completed Warehouse 3, the final component of the Somerville Road Estate in Tottenham, VIC.
Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is proud to announce the practical completion of Warehouse 3 – the final component of the Somerville Road Estate in Tottenham, VIC.
Delivered in partnership with Texco Construction, Warehouse 3 spans 22,163 sqm and is designed for flexibility — capable of being configured into two tenancies and featuring four independent temperature-controlled chambers. Each chamber is fully fitted with premium, Australian-made double-deep racking, offering 33,563 pallet spaces and ensuring the facility is ready for immediate high-capacity operations.
This state-of-the-art freezer facility includes a 500kW rooftop solar system to reduce electricity costs and targets a 5 Star Green Star – Design & As Built v1.3 rating, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable, high-performance industrial spaces.
With Warehouse 3 now complete, Stage 2 is fully delivered, marking the successful completion of the Somerville Road Estate – a premium industrial precinct supporting long-term employment and economic growth in Melbourne’s inner west.
