Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is thrilled to announce the practical completion of Stage One at Ellison Estate, Geebung (Queensland).
Stage One showcases 23,600sqm across six state-of-the-art tenancies in two super prime industrial facilities.
We are pleased to welcome our first tenants, JS Hayes and Applied Medical and look forward to building strong partnerships with future tenants across the wider estate.
Looking ahead, Stage Two, will feature 12 high-exposure showroom units spanning 11,200sqm across two additional industrial facilities, set to reach practical completion in December 2024.
