Update on the 73,470sqm development in Tottenham (VIC)
We are pleased to provide a construction update on 427 – 451 Somerville Road, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV).
The 73,470sqm Stage 2 of the project consists of a 51,230sqm ambient warehouse split into 4 tenancies, and a 22,240sqm freezer capable of being split into 2 tenancies.
Our delivery partner Texco Construction has made significant progress onsite with in-ground civil works nearing completion and structural steel and pre-cast concrete panels well underway across the ambient warehouse.
Both warehouses are targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 Rating with Practical Completion forecast in Q2 2025 for the ambient warehouse and Q4 2025 for the freezer.
The site is strategically located 12km West of the Melbourne CBD with unparalleled access to Port Melbourne and the broader Melbourne arterial road network. This accessibility, paired with the surrounding high-density residential catchment, allows a variety of uses to be accommodated on site.
