Somerville Road Construction Update
Aliro has partnered with Inspace to create 3D flythroughs of our AGIV development projects, providing users with an interactive, self-guided virtual tour.

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to share an update on our development project at 427-451 Somerville Road, Tottenham (VIC). We have partnered with Inspace to create 3D flythroughs of several of our AGIV development projects, providing users with an interactive, self-guided virtual tour and a new way to visualise industrial real estate.
Aliro has partnered with Texco Construction to deliver the 73,470sqm industrial estate, which features a 51,230sqm ambient warehouse divided into 4 tenancies, and a 22,240sqm freezer that can be split into 2 tenancies with multiple temperature controlled chambers. The ambient warehouse is forecast for completion in Q2 2025, with the freezer following in Q4 2025.
The ambient warehouse is rapidly taking shape, with structural steel complete, roofing progressing and internal concrete pours underway.
