Practical completion of the Team Global Express facility

Aliro Group, as the trusted development partner of ISPT, is excited to announce Practical Completion of the new purpose-built 41,000sqm Team Global Express Intermodal facility at 81 Horsburgh Drive within the PortLink Logistics Estate, Altona North (VIC).

Aliro Group and ISPT are proud to announce that this also marks the completion of the PortLink Logistics Estate.

ISPT and the Aliro Development Team worked closely with Team Global Express to provide a customised solution for their specialised operations, with Head Contractor Qanstruct delivering the 9,993sqm A-Grade industrial facility and dedicated 12,400sqm of 120-tonne container-rated hardstand.
Notably, the Team Global Express Intermodal facility at 81 Horsburgh Drive provides a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built Rating through initiatives including a significant 99kW solar system, EV charging and rainwater harvesting.
