Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to announce that Stage 2 of the TripleTwoNine Estate in Caringbah has received a positive determination on its development application (DA). This marks a significant milestone in our journey to enhance the Sutherland Shire’s industrial landscape.
TripleTwoNine is purpose-built to promote sustainability, innovation, collaboration, and employment opportunities for the local community. Spanning over 12.4 hectares, the estate offers state-of-the-art amenities designed for optimal functionality and efficiency. Strategically located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, it provides seamless connectivity to major transport routes without tolls, allowing businesses to thrive in an environment that combines natural beauty with commercial strength.
Once completed, Stage 2 will deliver eight new industrial buildings, designed to enhance productivity and workplace enjoyment. Tenancy sizes will range from 190 sqm to 7,100 sqm, offering flexibility for a wide variety of businesses. Construction is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.
Stage 1 of the TripleTwoNine estate was completed in 2023, repositioning 28,297 sqm of warehouse space across two buildings. With current tenants comprising Australia Post, Woolworths, Bowerbird Interiors, Chopt Studio & Productions, Carlile Swimming and Dutton One, the estate has already established itself as a prominent industrial precinct serving the broader community.
