Ribbon-cutting at TripleTwoNine

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Value Fund (AGIVF), recently celebrated the official ribbon-cutting marking the Practical Completion of Buildings 1 & 2 at #TripleTwoNine in Caringbah, Sydney (NSW).

We were pleased to have been joined by many of our valued partners, customers and stakeholders, including our quality tenants Australia Post, WooliesX, Carlile Swimming, BOWERBIRD Interiors, Dutton One and Chopt Studio & Productions.

The 26,282sqm and 2,297sqm former parts storage and vehicle service warehouses have been refurbished and repositioned by the Aliro Group Development Team, Head Contractor FDC Construction & Fitout and Project Manager Equity Development Management .

The activation of the Site through a diverse mix of local and national #logistics, #ecommerce and creative industry uses is consistent with Aliro’s long-held vision to create a world class environmentally sustainable estate, aligned with the demands of the Sutherland Shire business and local community.

We look forward to continuing to provide #accesstovalue at TripleTwoNine through the delivery of high-quality industrial and commercial product on the balance of the 12ha Site, with a vision to create an ongoing legacy and long-term employment opportunities for the Shire community.
