Located in Sydney’s South West corridor, the estate offers direct access to the M5 and Hume Highway, ensuring seamless connectivity to major transport infrastructure including Moorebank Intermodal, Sydney Airport, Port Botany, and the future Western Sydney Airport. Limited tenancies of up to 4,300sqm remain available for lease, each featuring recessed docks and enhanced power capabilities.
