Aliro Welcomes AustraCold to Somerville Road

Aliro Group, on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV), is pleased to welcome AustraCold to our Somerville Road Estate in Tottenham. AustraCold is a proudly Australian-owned company with a strong reputation for customer-focused cold-chain logistics. They will occupy Warehouse 3, a state-of-the-art 22,163sqm cold storage facility designed with advanced freezer chambers and a tailored fit-out to meet their operational needs. This new facility will support AustraCold’s continued growth and enable them to deliver bespoke solutions for clients across Melbourne and beyond.

The site incorporates sustainable design features and is targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating, underscoring our ongoing focus on environmental responsibility and operational excellence.
