Claudia Dean World occupies Tenancy 1B (1,060sqm), supporting the operations of a well-established Australian ballet apparel and activewear brand, while Arete Joinery has established its operations within Tenancy 3D (640sqm), bringing high quality custom cabinetry and manufacturing capabilities to the precinct. Their arrival further strengthens Ellison Estate’s growing and diverse tenant mix and reflects continued demand for well located, high quality industrial accommodation.
