As part of a broader repositioning strategy, the original 52,000 sqm warehouse has been transformed into two modern tenancies, WH1A and WH1B, each approximately 26,000 sqm.

Delivered in partnership with 2Construct Pty Ltd, WH1A marks a new chapter for General Motors Australia New Zealand at Assembly Drive, which continues to be their home. The consolidated footprint within WH1A showcases the flexibility and efficiency of the new design. WH1B is available for lease, with refurbishment completion targeted for Q1 2026.
